Thank you for your interest in Christian Academy of Knoxville. With our
warm and friendly environment and emphasis on character, values,
and scholarship, we believe you may find just the right “fit” for your child
at CAK. Here are some things you'll want to know:

Classes are just the right size.
The average graduating class size is right around 100 students -- large
enough to maintain a healthy campus, yet small enough to cultivate
close personal  friendships.

Loving Christian teachers abound.
Our teachers have a passion for their students, for teaching, and for the
Lord. They take the time to learn about each student and develop a
relationship based on mutual respect and Christian love. They strive to
develop a customized education plan for each student, regardless of
academic strengths and weaknesses, that will help them reach their
goals.

Parent / Teacher relationships are strong.
Our teachers work to develop close partnerships with parents including
frequent feedback and conferences. Working in partnerships with
parents ensures success for the student on all levels.

We provide a safe and caring community.
At CAK, we focus on creating a joyful, supportive, and challenging
environment where students can grow academically, spiritually,
emotionally, and physically.

We share your goals, values, and priorities.
The admissions process results in creating a peer group of students
who share similar goals, values, and priorities. In the classroom, on
the playground, or in the community, students challenge and learn from
each other, forming strong bonds of friendship that will last a lifetime.

Our campus is outstanding.
Christian Academy of Knoxville lies on 77-acres with newly renovated
classrooms, extensive on-campus athletic facilities, and exciting plans
for the future!

We provide the tools to grow.
A rich curriculum, up-to-date technology and science labs, libraries in
each school, field trips, retreats, Bible classes and discussions,
scripture memorization, prayer groups, chapels, service and mission
projects, and extracurricular activities all provide an opportunity for
academic, social, and spiritual growth.

Opportunities for spiritual development happen each day.
From academics to fine arts and sports, teachers are free to teach
God's truth and help students apply this truth to their lives. Whether it’s
asking the difficult questions, getting to know the Lord personally, living
out their faith, or learning and socializing with peers who share a desire
to love and know God, there’s a place at CAK for students at all levels of
spiritual development.

Challenging competitions build our character.
Competition can challenge us to new heights. CAK students have
opportunities to challenge each other not only in the classroom, but
also in competitions with other students throughout the southeast in
writing, spelling, math, science, music, and art.

We focus on serving others.
Our students are encouraged to get involved – to look outside of
themselves and see the “bigger picture” by being a part of their
community through service projects. Short-term mission trips are
organized by our faculty each summer, both locally and abroad.

Competitive sports are available.
Our well-coached Warrior sports teams are frequent contenders for
local, regional, and state titles. Our organized sports programs begin in
Middle School and offer a “classroom” for teaching character
development and exceptional sportsmanship.
